Our colocation facilities are located in Redbus III in Docklands, London. This is a state of the art data centre, featuring the very latest world class resilient infrastructure, multiple levels of security including 24 hour monitoring, CCTV and restricted access, backup generators, fire protection/supression and environmental controls.

Our network

Our network has been designed with performance, reliability and security in mind - ensuring your servers receive the maximum uptime possible. We use one of the UK's top quality IP providers, providing us with a 100% uptime SLA; our fully redundant gigabit-core Cisco switches are connected to their world class network by dual Gigabit uplinks, providing a premium blend of transit from Avensys, Level 3, PCCW BtN and Telecomplete as well as literally hundreds of direct peering agreements.

All this means your servers are well positioned to be easily accessible from anywhere in the world, and remain fast and responsive at all times.

Service plans

We can provide a quote for any number of servers, switch ports, power connections with various amounts of bandwidth, in addition to the four standard colocation plans shown above. All our colocation customers receive unlimited free technical support; we can also supply firewalls, server monitoring, NAS/backup and management services - just contact us to discuss your requirements.

All our colocation plans include 100Mbps burstable switch ports, providing the flexibility of speed when it's needed, without charging you the earth when your server might spend most of the time requiring less bandwidth.

Power is provided through remote reboot ports, allowing you to power cycle your machine via the web at any time.
